After you add items to your cart and place your order, a manager will contact you (via email, messenger, or Instagram, depending on the communication method you selected).
They will confirm the delivery details and send you a payment link.
Currently, payments are processed through the itfllc platform—a payment service integrated with Armenia's banks. It accepts Armenian and international cards.

Some of our pieces are made to order: you’ll see a note in the product title (for example, “PREORDER Nettle Kimono”), and you’ll be able to choose your preferred color from the available palette on the product page.

Regular items may also be out of stock in certain sizes — but you can still place a pre-order for them by clicking the corresponding button on the product page. The website will prompt you to fill in your details (name and preferred contact method) so that our manager can reach out to confirm the specifics. In the "comment" section, you can also indicate the size you need and ask any questions.

Production time for preorders takes up to 7–8 business days, and our manager will confirm the exact timeline with you after your order is placed.

In Yerevan:
• Self-pickup from Arabkir (Aram Khachaturyan Street)
• Courier delivery — 1000֏ (free for orders over 50,000֏)

*some of our pieces are also available for fitting and purchase at RAGE GARAGE, located at 14 Rafael Lemkin St., Yerevan.

Tbilisi:
• self-pickup from Place4You store (Tamar Chovelidze, 8)

Worldwide:
• Shipping is calculated individually according to postal rates (```~20-30 euros)

! Please note that for international deliveries, customs duties, import fees, and/or taxes may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid separately by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

We kindly recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office regarding the applicable duties and taxes in your country.

You can exchange or return an item that doesn’t fit within 14 days of purchase in Yerevan\Tbilisi and within 7 days of receiving an online order (for international shipments), provided that it has not been used and has retained its original condition.
To return or exchange an item, please email tactilityclo@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" or "Return," stating the reason. In our reply, we will provide further instructions.
